Our wood fired ovens are designed using refractory fire bricks, refractory cement and heat resistant mortar to create a thick cast refractory body combined with an outer insulation shell. This pizza oven construction and design maximizes the thermal mass, or heat storage capacity, within the oven, resulting in even cooking with little to no fluctuation in temperatures, as well as low fuel consumption requirements.

I first met Tom in 2011. Tom completed a large project for me. He built a huge raised patio, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, vertical smoker with an offset fire chamber and a lower patio around our pool and hot-tub The entire yard was tastefully done using a combination of block and masonry (he even fixed flaws with the driveway that another contractor installed a few years prior). Tom designed all of it by hand, including the smoker (which consistently produced smoked brisket that can compete with the best spots in Texas).
