I first met Tom in 2011. Tom completed a large project for me. He built a huge raised patio, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, vertical smoker with an offset fire chamber and a lower patio around our pool and hot-tub The entire yard was tastefully done using a combination of block and masonry (he even fixed flaws with the driveway that another contractor installed a few years prior). Tom designed all of it by hand, including the smoker (which consistently produced smoked brisket that can compete with the best spots in Texas).
